This past Sunday (Jan 5, 2020) was my 4th time going to this Clinic and again, I had the best experience! Two times I went on the 4th of July in 2016 & 2017 for falls I had taken and required medical treatment as well as a tetanus shot. The entire staff was awesome in taking care of me! They were all professional but also very compassionate & had a good sense of humor which made me more comfortable as I have a fear of blood & needles. This time I went because wasnt sure if I had an ear infection or it was my TMJ, compounded with my fibromyalgia, that was causing such excruciating pain that I couldn't even sleep. Infection was ruled out so he did a pressure point check on my jaw and confirmed it was my TMJ. This is the only place I go for emergencies cuz I'm not a fan of Midstate ER. 4th time was for my mom and again we had awesome experience considering we had to go seeking immediate treatment. I'll continue going there & recommending this Clinic only. I will never go back to the one on Broad St across from Big Buy/Marshall's. That place is horrid!

I've been here a few times and each time I go it is a different experience. One time it feels like I am getting great care and the next it feels as if I'm just another number waiting at a meat market. I had a PA today and she had no clue what she was doing. I went in complaining of a sore throat and cough and she seemed to get confused. Is it Strep? Mono? Tonsillitis? What do you for your profession? (I'm a cashier) so does that mean you work with the public? Honestly, why hire someone who doesn't know a cashier works with the general public?
