This company was contracted through Lowes to deliver my new custom made cabinets (quite expensive) at that and were suppose to call me the night before to give me a 4 hour or so window as to when they would be at my home. They never called, and with that being said i couldn't get anyone to my home to wait for them, and they decided to call me on the scheduled delivery day at noon time to tell me they were on their way.Needless to say i told them they could keep the cabinets, and that i would notify Lowes that i wouldn't be home to accept them, and at this point i would be going elsewhere to buy them. Tristate had the nerve to tell Lowes they were delivered to my home between 12 noon and 2 which was a lie, and then proceeded to call me again the next day to see if they could set up a delivery time and day. Keep them was my response. Lowes should be held accountable for using such a shoddy mickey mouse delivery service. Home depot from here on out !!!
