When I called the man was unprofessional, sounded annoyed I was calling

We had an appointment scheduled for noon. So far, he has not shown up nor called to let us know about any delay. We have also made attempts to call him, however, the phone rings and hangs up immediately. Extremely disappointing.

My elderly Aunt is having the same problem as Mrs. Connie. Several hundred dollars worth of food has spoiled when the refrigerator has gone out or froze in refrigerator bottom part.We have kept a journal on all made and returned calls from Ike's. We also are planning a civil suit at this point and time. He says he is coming out to replace but no recourse about food and medicine lost up to this date. Ike's suppose to bring my aunt an other refrigerator today 5/24/2016.I really hope this appliance works. So far he has not backed his product or kept his word.

This is a GREAT place to get appliances and have them repaired also. Great prices! Friendly staff!
