im an existing customer who went to existing customer and ordered an upgrade that actually saves me money. i fill out the paper work but must be speak to online person who says its a mistake on web-sight and we have to charge more a month that price is for new customers...umm...really i now have to call a loyalty specialist....really you have those hmmm. i work nights. its a weekend. Mon-Fri 9-5 central BS TIME. its not like I am trying to scam you it your web-sight your price the old bait and switch. i feel dirty, disgusted and angry. i was thinking *mommy they bad touched me* so then comes the survey. i feel it out and error message...really.... then why did you ask. i know i will be looking around the net this weekend for people with integrity. PROTECT YOUR FAMILY AND YOUR WALLET. They will bad touch you. oh did i mention the are charging me 259.67 for what new customers are pay 139.99 for. wow i need another shower. dont believe thier sight and never go into a private "chat room" i was waiting for her to offer me the kool-aid. your customer service voice has no affect on me Comcast. You need to stop robbing me.
