Henry T. Welka & Associates LLC Was established in 1969 by Henry T Welka. Soon afterwards, he hired his first employee, his brother George Welka. Together they provided Quality Service to Residential, Commercial & Institutional customers in the Erie area. One of their early significant jobs was the remonumentation of downtown Erie. The project was a success & customers have places trust in Welka & Associates ever since. The business has passed to the next generation. James Welka is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor & a Registered Professional Engineer. Brother Mark is the operations manager & sister Marcia oversees the firms accounting.
