Called the shop to have 2 snow tires mounted on rims. Talked to Bruce, got berated by him probably because the tires weren't bought at his store this time and just before he brusqely slammed the phone down basically told me to take my business somewhere else. I have done business with them on several different cars over the past 10 years, new tires, allignment, etc, I am at a loss what brought this treatment on but I will go and find another place and no longer recommend this shop to my friends and family.
