I live in an apt downtown which has a pickup service from express in the falls. I wanted to test them out prior to doing all my clothes through them so I dropped 3 shirts. They came back a week later just fine, I was happy.
4 weeks later they ran my credit card for 35 dollars. When I called to ask why my total was 4 times what their price sheet listed they told me it was a software mistake. They took the charge off and apologized. Slightly frustrated I decided not to do any anything there the following month. This month they charged my card 25 dollars and for the 2nd time I have another headache I don't have time for.

Excellent service. Picks up my clothes at work and drops them off. Every thing is cleaned well. Very happy with the service here.

The customer service is AWFUL. They mail out coupons but somehow if I bring more than 3 shirts the coupons aren't valid for some b.s excuse the lady makes up--which is different every time and is NEVER stated on the coupon. It takes about a week for them to dry clean even just one shirt...so pray you are never in a rush for anything! They also state that on weekends they are only open for pick ups (they do not do any cleaning) but good luck figuring out their hours. The hours aren't even posted in the store and when I called to see what the hours were he told me and when I went during those hours- it was closed.
