Do NOT pay for anything in ADVANCE. The dental care is fine BUT getting anything back is a total scam. I paid over 7k up front for services in March. I had 3500 worth of work done and the rest was to be completed 6 months later. My 9 yr old daughter developed muscle and bone issues in her legs and needed to be put in casts for braces because of her epilespy and needed a dozen doctor visits to try and repair the damage so I requested a return on the money I had prepaid. I spoke to them on the 11th and was told I would HAVE the return but i COULD take UP TO 2 weeks to get back. Ten days later I didnt have the check so i called again, I was told it had first gone to the accountant on the 15th and could take the full two weeks. Today they called back again to tell me once they request the refund, it no longer involves THEM at all and they cant control their own accounting firm. It could take up to 21 BUSINESS days from the time they SENT it to the accountant. That's A MONTH plus the 5 days they took to send it, IF YOU GET IT AT ALL. SO it COULD be Nov 15th to get a return that i requested on Oct 11th and they are not responsible for any money you pay them, only the accountant is, but the accountant isnt reachable lol. DO NOT PAY ONE PENNY IN ADVANCE, only pay as your services are finished or you may NEVER see the money again. I am placing a call to the state licensing board because according to them the time frame could be as much as 50 days from the time i requesting my money back, its illegal. Do not fall into the same trap I did.
