I would urge you to ask several questions when utilizing United Medical. I requested an order for a hospital bed, hoyer lift, and wheelchair on 5/5/2016 and provided all necessary documents and on 5/13/2016 the order still had not been delivered. I was in constant communication daily with an employee who did not have the professionalism to tell me they were out of hoyer lifts and I only found this out after requesting to speak with management. Management made excuses for the incompetence of her employee and needless to say this was unacceptable as this senior needed this equipment and thus I had to order from another proficient company. I would never make another referral to United Medical.
