3706 MACON........do not rent this house from true quality property management. they are not trustworthy people. they will say the previous tenants stole electricity but when i attempted to rent the property memphis light gas and water would not turn the electricity on because it needed to be inspected by code enforcement and the manager knew this and did not attempt to get the situation rectified so when it came time for me to move in i was unable to and i had already moved out my previous residence and it left me stuck without anywhere to go with three children. she did not want to return my security deposit and was very rude when i asked for my money back because i could not move in without electricity, she stated that i was wasting her time. we had to call code enforcement ourselves to find out what was really going on. BEWARE!!!!
