I had the same issues as some of the other posters on this site. I tried contacting the office several times, once I was put on hold and no one ever came back to the phone so I was forced to hang up. Another time I called and left a message for David and 2 days later I am still waiting on a call back. I have called several other times and no one answers the phone or returns calls. Of all the properties they have listed you would think they would be interested in qualified renters. If they do not answer the phone now just imagine being a renter in one of their proprieties needing maintenance. This is not a good look for this company and if they continue to ignore my calls I will take it up with the owner and direct him to all of the negative reviews left online about his company. There are more negative than positive.

The reps for this company never answers their phones nor do they return messages. I don't know how they are leasing any of the properties if their customer service sucks. They got one star because I had to give them a star.

This is a property management company, yet there is no answer after 9am and the mailbox is full, so, therefore, I cannot leave a message! What kind of way is this to run a business?
