I have had a horrible experience in trying to get a CPAP machine from this provider. My insurance arranged for them to provide me with travel CPA, yet when they contacted me they said that they would not accept my insurance because "they would lose money" and offered to sell it directly to me only. When my insurance checked into this, they found that MCM was refusing to accept the contracted rate that they had agreed to previously. Very disappointing customer service and and questionable ethics. I would avoid them at all costs.
