Offers a good selection of wine. Lousy, low-class customer service. They rip off poor and underprivileged folks by cashing their checks for an exorbitantly high transaction rate. They offer cash for car title loans as high as 800% interest. I've checked with the state of Tennessee, and this business has no license to operate either check-cashing nor title loans!
