The apts are under new mgmt (Lexington Asset Mgmt). Staff rarely in the office. Residents require you to sign contract that if the gate malfunction and your car is damaged they will NOT be liable for damages! Poor maintenance response time.

I visited these apartments and they are wonderful. The ad says exactly what the apartments have and the amenities are right on time
