While some restaurants may have dining rooms open, others are serving customers through the Drive Thru, with Mobile Order & Pay on the McDonald's App, and with McDelivery®. McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

horrible and need. Staff need to be trained accurately

On 07/14/06, I went through the drive thru and ordered a steak and egg, cheese Ms Griddle combo. I was told that the price would be extra and I stated Fine. When I got my food. it was cold and the McGrioddle lacked cheese. I went into the restaurant and explained that my order was incorrect. i have ordered this meal at several location and it never look like that. The steak was cut up and there was no cheese. I then asked to change my order to a sausage, egg, cheese MscGriddle combo and the manager stated that I owed them 40 cent. The total for my steak combo was $5.25. i knew this was incorrect because I am a faithful customer. It should have been $4.05 for the g, and cheese Mc Griddle combo. The manager argued with me and I left out of the store. This is poor customer service. Now., I am stuck with a cold breakfast and Mc Donal's owes me $1.20. If service is like this at your establishment, i can take my business elsewhere. I can be contacted at 901-690-1612.
