I purchased cookies for the 1st time at this particular location. My two year realized they wasn't the cookies with sprinkles from the "other store" & didn't want them. I asked if I could exchange two of my six cookies. I was told no. Then I opened the bag and taste the Snicker doodle. Unfortunately, it was under cooked (extremely mushy). The saleswoman asked me what did I want her to do about it? I won't be returning. TERRIBLE Customer Service!
