Provided by YP.comWhen calling to make an appointment, the person answering the phone was abrupt and rude when answering my questions. I still made an appointment. When talking with a co-worker I mentioned the appointment and she stated the same rudeness and having to wait over 3 hours without being called for her appointment. She left without being seen. I cancelled... First impressions are the best impressions, the schedulers are the first contact and give you the feel of the office. I suggest this group work on their schedulers.
