The Clovernook Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired is a multifaceted organization that provides an array of services to individuals with visual impairments. The center s services include training and support for independent living, orientation and mobility instruction, vocational training, job placement, counseling, recreation and youth programs. Its business operations division provides employment opportunities for blind and visually impaired individuals. The Clovernook Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired is accredited by the National Accreditation Council for Agencies Serving the Blind and Visually Handicapped and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. The center produces more than 100 Braille books each year and also transcribes and produces a variety of publications, including ESPN Magazine, Rolling Stone, National Geographic, Popular Mechanics and Daily Word. It has a location in Memphis, Tenn.
