Wow, where do I start? Snotty and condescending doesn't even come close to the tone of the communication I got from the boss of this business. Long story short, this company refused to provide an estimate because they made assumptions about our ability to buy it, saying, in part (in writing, no less), that "We are expensive...custom...we are probably not for you". Good luck if you decide to deal with them.
