I had a awesome experience at this braid salon. The customer service was excellent! I was seen within 30 minutes of entering the salon. All staff was courteous and helpful. I will be returning for future styles.

My mom and I have been traveling from Arkansas to this shop for almost 4 years and we have never had a problem. Our braids always look neat and very professional. The service is just great and the atmosphere and setting is very comfortable. We get MANY complements on our braids. We definitely recommend Billy's Braid Action.
