My vehicle was hesitating when I put it in reverse so I took it to Advanced Muffler. They gave me a tune up and replaced my catalytic converter for quite a fee, ensuring that this would fix the problem. The next day the car would not go in reverse at all. I had it towed there and they then told me it was the transmission. They were not apologetic about the costly misdiagnosis just the day before and offered no discount. When I told them I would rather just have the vehicle picked up than pay for the new service. They told me there was now a $200 fee for the removal of the transmission. I'd never told them to take my transmission out so I argued that I should not be charged for it. They said okay and told me I could have the tow truck pick it up. When my pick up truck arrived home, the transmission and the steer column were in the bed of the truck!! I will never return to this business again, and recommend you don't do business with them either.
