We had a door replaced by Ray and his crew. When the workers left we noticed they had cut the original casing and pieced it together with a scrap rough cut board that is 4" long and is 1/2" to short on the width on both sides of the door. No one would consider this acceptable, when brought to Ray, the owners attention, he said someone would be here the next day. That was over a week ago last Monday. We have tried for the last 9 days to get him to return to replace the boards. He has made appointments to return and either not called, not shown or when called - not returned the call or rescheduled just to not show up or call all over again. We reschedule again on Sat. he was due to be here 4/8 at 10:30 and again no show and no call, So today I post this so that others in the area will not be subjected to this lack of caring for the customer and taking ownership to stand behind the work you were paid to do.

These people are crooks who do not do the work they say they will do.

They caused more damage which required me to spend additional money after I paid them in full.
