Had glass block windows installed in my basement. They look great, the vent windows in them work great, however, during some of the severe storms we have had this year (2010) my two west facing glass block windows are leaking. Called Downriver Glass Block to have them come out and repair them and they told me that is usually the brick work above the windows and not the windows themselves. Got home that evening from work, went outside to the two west facing windows and discovered that the morter that holds the window in place is not sealed at the top to the existing brick work allowing water to seap right in. Called DRGB back to inform them of this and they said they would have the repair guy call us to set up an appointment. This was 3 weeks ago, never received a call, called DRGB back again and still, no response or resolution. Steer clear of this company...
