Provided by YP.comi have called this number everyday for the past month and never get an answer. i just moved to cook county from winnebage county, transfered my case and everything. i put in a request for assisted daycare and have heard nothing. i am working 5 days a week at min. wage for daycare which i cannot afford out of pocket. is there another number i can call? i never have time to go down there cuz i work monday-friday.

Provided by YP.comlet me start with that i think bad mouthing pa is so wrong ... first of all i have the best caseworker in the world... she works hard for people that have next to nothing..... i dc if they never answer the phone or if there late making your payment to your link card be grateful for the men and woman everyday that help feed Americas kids.... its sad that all people think they do not care ... that is not true they help more people then they have room for and you owe them some respect.... without them our kids wouldn't have food .... and for the people who disrespect there card you do not deserve it..... thank you pa for all the hard work and dedication and time you take to help others in need thank you.

Provided by YP.comthis is the WORST aid office i have ever been to.the caseworkers(one in particular) do not know how to do their job right or even on-time.every redetermination i have done has been late because of my caseworker,he is sooooo slow! then when you call the supervisor they dont do anything about the situation either because the caseworker does it again.and then the phone system sucks as well... you can not call the main number to the office and expect for the operator to pick-up without having you call like 20-30 times. i mean what are they doing that no one can pick up the phone....it aint that hard! then the operator does decide to answer..she dont know how to transfer the calls....
