CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed to help people build a broad and general fitness base. CrossFit programming concentrates on constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity to achieve overall physical fitness, so people are prepared for any physical challenge they encounter in their daily lives. Our trainers scale and vary the workouts to fit the needs of each individual who joins our community. The classes are group oriented and the duration is one hour. All beginners are required to do an introductory course in order to learn the movements and prepare themselves for the group classes. These introductory courses are generally 1-on-1's with a trainer. After that, members are supported by both the trainers and the community to accomplish their goals.
