First let me start by saying My review is for the Melbourne shop on that note I have been going to the Palm Bay shop for the past several months now and have never had an issue what so ever with anything I am a prior service member I served in the army for 4 years and everything I have ever gone into the shop in Palm Bay it's been a pleasant visit the people working their are great but today I decided to visit the shop in e right before Sarno road but I went in to buy my normal supplies and as I proceeded to explain to her that I go to the their store and was showing her my military ID and telling her my name she started to make faces and then went on about how she doesn't understand why I have been getting a discount and shouldn't of ever gotten one I told her that I have been going to their other store for a few months now and every time I did I always received a discount she continued Rudely saying that she is one of the owners and it's not right I have been receiving a discount at that time she then asked what she could help me with I was taken back I couldn't believe that she was just so worked up that I have been receiving a discount then had the nerve to ask me what can she help me with n it honestly doesn't matter if I got a discount or not what got me upset was the fact on how she handled me as a customer I have spent quite a few dollars in their business and expected a little better customer service especially from one of the owners she could have easily handled the situation much more tactfully she could of first asked me what she could of helped me with rather than going on about how I have been getting a discount or just have been a little nicer of a person but long story short I left the building without buying anything and will definitely not going back to either store anytime soon not referring anyone one to their shop I do not remember the owners name but she has blonde hair and definitely has no people skills
