SemiPack Services is an Electronic Manufacturing Support Service to the semiconductor industry. We specialize in providing support services to high-mix low-volume (HMLV) customers. We pride ourselves in being responsive, creative, and high quality in serving our customers, responding within 2 business hours to all customer inquiries and constantly working to identify new and interesting methods to address customer needs, consistent with industry standards (AS9001 & ISO9001 certified). We also support In-Plant Stores and focus on delivering multiple services to each customer – a “one-stop shop” of electronic manufacturing services.
