I bought a new car in March 2013. The salesman was great, but when I went in to the finance guy, he pushed a loan that was longer than I wanted. Of course they always push the extended warranty and maintains plans. Up until the finance guy all was great, so be prepared when you go into his office and hold your ground. I would have given this dealership 5 stars hadn't been for the finance guy.

I traded in a vehicle for a truck last Feb at Kelly Ford. I wanted to pay off the balance but the finance manager said ford would bill me later. He said this was standard practice, well they charged me intrest even though I made it clear that I wanted to pay off the balance the same day I bought it. The management at Kelly Ford ignored my phone calls and i ended up paying the interest and almost a year later have not recieved the title. They get an F from me, go to Palm Bay to buy your Ford.
