I had seen a few of their ads in the coupon books, but figured I would get what I was paying for, so I continued to go to my normal dry cleaners until one of my co workers said she had been using them for months and "loved them".

I decided to drop my husband's suits and a couple of my dresses off and give them a try. My bill for 3 suits and two dresses came to just over $18.00... My bill at the place I used down the street charged me almost $48.00 for the exact same clothes. (I will be fair, in saying the cleaners I was using did a good job and had nice counter people).

I think the only catch with this $2.25 Cleaners is that you pre-pay for your dry cleaning instead of when you pick up. When I asked the girl at the front counter about any damage that might happen, she said, "even though you're prepaying, we still have to stand behind our work. We won't stay in business if we don't"... I took her on her word and left my clothes there.

I had dropped them off in the morning and was told everything would be ready by 4pm the same day. I'm not sure what their cut off time is to get stuff back the same day, but I was there around 9:30, so I was surprised when the girl told me they would be done the same day.

I didn't pick the clothes up until a few days later, but when I did, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they looked great.

There was a small stain on one of my dresses that didn't come out all the way, but they offered to redo it at no charge. Everything else looked perfect. My husband is a stickler about his suit jackets and they were pressed as good as any other place we have used over the past 10 years.

I came back the next day to pick up the dress they were re-cleaning and they did get the stain out. They also apologized for not catching it the first time it was dropped off. To be fair, I forgot to tell them I had spilled something on it when I dropped off everything the first time and it was in a hard to see area on the side of the dress.

all in all, my first experience with them was wonderful. They took accountability for the missed spot and they have the cleanest dry cleaners I've ever been in. Not to mention they do all their work right out in the open so the customers can see every thing. Great customer service, clean store, great pressing, and they saved me $30.00 for 8 pcs of cleaning.

I will be seeing them on a weekly basis now.
