Do not use this Joan Nassar. During meetings with Joan she says all the right things, but once you get in front of another attorney, Joan will not say a word. She will let you get run over and not do a thing about it. We went to mediation in a child custody case and Joan completely failed. We gave Joan all the data she needed to be successful and when it came to mediation, she never said a word. Not a peep. She was given evidence that the husband lied on his affidavit about how many nights he had the children and also given proof that he lied about his income. During mediation she never said a word about these things, nothing. In our opinion, we completely lost mediation due to Joan's unwillingness to say a word. Now we have to live with this custody agreement for the next 12 years.



When you meet with Joan behind closed doors she will say all the right things, but when push comes to shove and she has to stand up for you, she won't.

Joan and Carol are always there to help and sometimes I just need to vent and be reassured. Joan is very patient with me and the ex's lawyer, sometimes I just want to scream from the stress. Joan Berry Nassar is Terrific. Thank you, Joan
