I've had several tattoos done at this shop and Kat is top notch . The staff is awesome. I recommend this shop to everyone who is looking for new ink.

My father got a tattoo at this location 3 months ago waiting for it to heal before returning for his touch up . When we went for the touch up they claimed the person who originally did the tattoo quit so they were unable to touch up the tattoo without paying the original price for the tattoo. The manager lost his cool due to the fact that we were upset customers he even threw his phone! And again this is the MANAGER. Some type of accommodation or sympathy would of been appreciated after all it is not our fault that there employee quit why should we have to pay for his mistakes? As a business you should take responsibility for your work and accommodate your customers! The tattoo business is a word of mouth business I would not recommend this place for anyone. Thier customer service is horrible ,thier professional is beyond accepted. they lost out in business and referrals. Do not go here they will not care for you or your tattoo!
