We use an antenna for our TV. We do not use any cable or streaming services. We were having problems with our TV going off around 8:00 pm on Friday nights. This continued to get worse and went into Saturday nights as well. We thought it was the TV and bought a new one. The same problem continued. We needed help and did not want a handy man, we wanted a person who dealt only with antennas to check it out and we found Mike at “Hook It Up”. Mike came out and confirmed it was indeed the antenna. Our antenna was about 35 years old. Mike put in a new antenna which is about a third the size of our old one and we do not have to take it down during hurricanes! We could now get 50+ stations but the problem of shutting down was lessened but not completely gone. He then suggested an amplifier. That took care of the problem and we now have over 70+ channels! Mike worked quickly in the 100+ heat, knew what we needed, worked fast and we are very satisfied customers! We definitely would recommend him.
