I have been going to this facility for 10 years. This facility is nice and a lot of the workers there are pretty nice for the most part, but some of the doctors and workers are not and the REASON why I gave it 3 STARS is because Health First does NOT HAVE ANY WAY FOR PATIENTS TO POST COMPLAINTS AGAINST THE BAD SERVICE OF MANAGERS AND DOCTORS! You only can call for billing! First Health DOES NOT CARE WHAT YOUR CONCERNS ARE! AND THEY THINK THEY ARE PERFECT!! I thoroughly looked a way to complain, I was transferred around and was told by all that there was NO WAY TO FILE ANY COMPLAINTS!
