George was so helpful. I was running a bit late so he called to check in and make sure I was ok. I called him right back and he made sure I knew how to get there and did not mind I was running late. During the process of fingerprinting he was extremely helpful so it was very quick and he is so friendly.

Kevin was great, quick and easy. Just surprised that when I booked an 8:30 am appt it was considered off hours. Cost me an extra $30 which was not explained to me when I booked the appt on line.
