Best Pools is the right name for this company !!

Right from the owners to the crew they were wonderful !! Our pool and deck looks just like the pictures in the book our dream came true!!Thank you all again for the wonderful job we sure did pick the right pool company!!

this is our third pool with this company and we could not be happier . the staff is friendly and knowledgeable , their attention to detail is excellent! our schedule was completed right on time .we would highly recommend anyone thinking of a new pool talk to this company first !

We like the pool except for the rough spots in the plaster and the rust spots from the cantilever. We also are not pleased with the crooked retaining wall, they should have been able to make it straight. If you are considering having this company do a pool for you have an attorney look over the contract. Their contract calls for all the money before all the work or final are obtained. This company had done a good job for our son a few years earlier so we trusted they would do the same for us.We wish we had looked at reviews before signing with them. What the other people said about constant delays and not thinking ahead caused for more delays. We had to add a box for the electrical which was not discovered until near the end and could have been added at the onset. All in all they seem pretty disorganized. They are very friendly in the beginning and you are lulled in to trusting that.

We love our pool, and the design. The company we are not a fan of. They have been bitten by the economy, but cannot actually execute to a schedule. Represented by at 6-10 week projection, and the project actually takes 20+. Simple items caused big delays. Tile selected had to change, pebble finish had to be reselected, stone spillway not talked about until almost done. Water effect shown in computer drawing looked great, but what was supplied was really less than presentable. Work crews actually worked less than 30% of time on property, with little to know foreman/supervision until very last stage. Foreign pieces in the return system broke a valve. Makes for a very frustrating experience. In this economy where businesses like pool contractors need to be competative, makes me as an owner think the clock is ticking on this business, the signs of fiscal weakness are very apparant. I will say the pool itself when all the problems are sorted out is wonderful. The quality of the pool is great, but lack of site supervision and poor scheduling took its toll on our project leaving us tired and not willing to even talk to the company about getting certain things fixed. My aftercare will be by me.
