Freezer section was building up ice, son had already removed ice from drain tube. But after 2 weeks it started again. I had used a hair dryer every other day to defrost. Decided to call Affordable Appliance to see if there was something they could do. They did exactly what my son had done and said it could keep happening!! They charged me $95 for that. Got someone else and they blew the line out and removed an obstruction in it. That was what should have been done in the first place I was told. The second repairman felt bad that I had been taken and didn't charge me.. Would not recommend Affordable Appliance to anyone!

Had my freezer serviced yesterday. Diagnosed & fixed the problem quickly. Will definitely call this company again as the service was wonderful.

We have worked with this company for over three years. They service our primary home and our rental home. The technician, John, is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all of our questions and gives us guidance on brands and models of all appliances. He goes above and beyond the normal service that we have received from other companies in the past. We are extremely pleased and would recommend them highly.
