Paid a huge amount to get our artworks back from Miami. Lied at multiple occasions saying they were on their way until they didn't reply anymore. After 9 months without any news, José Sanchez eventually replied to tell us it was all being shipped by...a company which, after double-checking, doesn't do business with them anymore. This has been going on for over a year now and still no shipment back...
