Our dog had patella surgery on her hind right knee in November 2019. It is now April 2020 and She continues to suffer from pain, in fact, she’s worse off now than before the surgery. Our dog can not run, jump, play, or go for walks due to her pain. She on constant pain meds which cost $54 every month or so. After spending $2000 in vet bills, the vet/surgeon has not taken responsibility and will not treat our dog unless we continue to pay for services that are in direct relation to the surgery this clinic performed. Now I have to spend more money, and time, taking her to another vet to see if they can help our dog regain some quality of life.

It's a warm friendly environment. As a retired military member I appreciate the quality of service provided on all levels. But most important of all are the positive reactions of our animals (4) during each visit to the vet. We give this place "4 Paws Up!"

Everyone at this office is nice, caring and professional. For anything big (i.e. surgery), we have always been quoted a price up front, and luckily, always came in under the quote. The one time our dog was so sick, and needed an ultrasound, they were able to refer us to another office that was also very caring. We moved away from Medical Lake and are missing this office...
