Mr. Rubin is thoughtful,smart and kind, I almost lost my pension due to others not doing their job. I have been disabled since 2003, when I got sick I didn't plan on it so of course I lost my income and couldn't pay my bills. I got sued last year. I didn't know about it til this year when I choose to get a lump sum payout for a pension I received. I never expected a credit card from 2003 with interest and penities came to over $69,000.00. They were taking all of it plus some.. I can't tell you how much that money met to me and my family our house is falling apart my kids don't even have bedrooms because of water damage to my roof, back taxes the list goes on and on . Mr. Rubin did an excellent job supporting us during our bankruptcy proceedings. We went into our initial meeting under the assumption that we would have to file Chapter 13.
