It amazes me the turnaround of constant new faces!! What is wrong with upper management? Quality long lasting service is horrible due to the lack of knowledge transfer from seasoned employees. Not to mention, this fast food chain is not even locally owned! So what benefit is it to the citizens of Medford or her economy? Poor food, poor service, and lack of local support!
