Driving north to Seattle our transmission gave up the ghost and we arrived at Roland's Transmission in Medford at about three in the afternoon in a tow truck with our suburban in tow. Roger was waiting for us and within about 20 minutes our car was in his shop. He gave us a couple of possible outcomes with estimates and we gave him our number and left with some friends. Roger called us about an hour later (as he said he would) and gave us the news. We opted for a remove and replace and he said he would do his best to have it ready about 10 o'clock the next day. True to his word, he called at about ten in the morning. He needed about another hour to take care of some unforeseen items and we ended up picking up the car and on our way at around eleven. Throughout our dealings with Roger, he was courteous and professional and extremely apologetic about the delay. I feel extremely fortunate to have found Roland's Transmission in Medford and give the shop my highest recommendation.

We had a medical immergenc y recently in Medford, Oregon..While all this was happening....our transmission started acting up in our Buick late Friday afternoon... We called Roland's Transmission and he told us to bring the car over to the shop......He checked it professionally and found it was in fact the transmission....said he could have it fixed by Monday or Tueday... We want to thank Roger for his help in getting it fixed and because iit was a weekend, still managed to get the job done.. we are very happy to recommend him to anyone needing quality and efficient work.....We were told to bring it back in a month or 2 to make sure all is working good.....Thanks again.
