An all-around great dealership; had got my first Golf there so I knew where I was going to get a new one. And glad I went there again! I would highly recommend seeing Josh Jeffres if you are heading there. Josh helped me pick my new GTI and it is absolutely awesome! I had done a fair deal of research on the car before walking in but no amount of online research and youtube reviews compares to the hands-on experience Josh set up for me. Asked me a lot of question to find what I prefer, gave me a rundown of all the features and the new safety options available and by the time we went on the test drive I was very comfortable with the car and its features. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and got me a great deal.

Justin Pizzi was incredibly helpful, dedicated, and resourceful at assisting me with getting my credit application approved. I had 0 credit history in the US as I had just finished graduate school and had a trying time convincing dealers to get me a good lease deal on my car. Credit agencies were turning my requests down, and I was stranded! Justin heard my situation out, was super transparent and encouraging, and immediately set in motion a sequence of events that led to my lease being approved. He's an incredible person, shows passion, and gets things done. I'm really grateful to him for his support and advice with getting me my first car, and would definitely recommend anyone in the market for a new vehicle reach out to him at this dealership. He will get you the best deal, with little compromises, and with total honesty. What else can one ask for from their shopping experience?

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Jetta at Colonial Volkswagen of Medford and was completely satisfied from the moment I stepped into the building. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating and I particularly enjoyed working with Caduste, who was a knowledgeable and friendly sales person. Overall I would highly recommend stopping in to Colonial Volkswagen of Medford.

Very professional and responsive staff. Caduste was responsible for our car purchase and he did his best to get us the car we wanted. He spent a lot of time making sure that we are happy with our purchase. I definitely recommend this dealership.

I recently purchased a 2016 GTI from Colonial VW in Medford and have been incredibly pleased with the overall purchase experience. The process was incredibly easy, fast and no-nonsense. I worked with Caduste, who I would highly recommend as a sales person. He is very knowledgeable about the VW brand was able to walk me through many of the different packages offered on the vehicle. Despite their very large inventory, the exact car that I wanted was not in-stock. However, Caduste was more than happy to track one day for me and got it over to the dealership sooner than either of us expected. I really appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond to find the right vehicle for me.



The Sales Manager at the dealership, Scott, was also incredible to work with. He gave us an very fair price on the car and started out with the best price in comparison to every other Boston dealer I visited. He is someone who wants to earn your business and will do anything within his means to make sure you leave as a happy customer.



The dealership itself has recently been constructed and is absolutely beautiful inside and out. They take great care of the facilities and I'm eager to go in for my first service already.



All-in-all, this dealership is top notch and I would most definitely recommend to both friends and family. Thank you to everyone at Colonial for a wonderful purchase experience!
