Overall experience was terrible. Find another practice for your family. Their staff will lie right to your face or over the phone. Unfortunately, I've caught them doing this with my family several times and had to go back to the office to get problems solved. They wasted my time and their own. Can't they just do the right thing the first time...

My family and I have had several issues with various doctors in this office. First off, my daughter had Graves disease for some time which was shown in her blood work which was not caught by the doctor. The only way that we knew this was because we asked for copies of the blood work to take to an appointment with a specialist for another condition. I have had Graves disease for 25 years so I am very aware of abnormal blood levels. She was seen by an endocrinologist and treated properly. Had we not asked for the blood work who knows how long this condition would have been untreated. God forbid that it had been a life threatening condition such as cancer where immediate treatment could have meant life or death. My husband had diabetes and was told by a dr. there that they would watch it and see if it progressed. I convinced him to go to a specialist and they put him on medication. One of the doctors left the medical field and prior to his leaving wrote a prescription. His DEA number was no longer in use so the pharmacist could not fill the prescription. The pharmacist contacted the office for 2 weeks to try and get another dr. to rewrite the prescription. There has been no response and my husband continues without his medication. We are currently looking for a new family doctor. I don't trust this practice with my family's health.
