This office so friendly and out going. The welcome at the front by Kelly and Lisa is always friendly. The wait time in the lobby is very little. The nursing staff is great. The doctors are very caring and work hard to get me feeling better. All i can say i BEST OFFICE EVER

I have been a long time patient at Ashcake Family.I have always been treated great and think the world of these people.But recently a situation came up I have to relate.Like a lot of people,hospital bills confuse me.Even though it had nothing to do with the practice I thought I would call about a bill i had recieved.I got Sarah Johnson,the office manager,on the phone.She took the time to not only listen patiently to my problem,but was willing with my permission to make the necessary calls to get the bill straight.Sarah went above and beyond.

Hey Everybody.These guys are great.The Front office is freindly and efficient.The Staff is professional and courteous.They are located in convenient location in Hanover right off Rt295.Easy to get to Easy to Like!!!

Love this practice! Have been coming here for years. Saw negative review and was surprised that someone would write such negative statements when there is a business side to a medical practice. Have worked with Sarah several times and can not be more pleased.
