I had a terrible experience with DH Lawn & Landscapes, LLC. Its owner did not have any work ethic and cheated on client’s money. I entered a leaf removal service agreement with this company on May 6, 2014. The service was to remove leaves from my property. The quote was $640 for the work. The owner Dan Harding asked me to pay $320 in advance before the service was conducted. However, after receiving my payment, he has never conducted the work citing that his leaf collection truck was broken and was being repaired. After waiting for two months, he still did not perform the service. I informed him that I would like to cancel the service agreement and requested my pre-payment refunded. He agreed to refund the payment; however, he never sent me the check. Despite many e-mails and phone calls to him for two months, he still did not refund my payment even though he promised he would repeatedly.
