CLOSED NOW - Opens at 8:00am

I went to Perll because they had a high rating and the local competitor was poorly rated. The website said they were open at 8:00 AM on Saturday so I wanted to get there at opening time to be processed quickly. When I arrived at a little after 8:00 the door was locked. Going back to my car another car pulled up and woman got out and looked toward the lab door and I said its closed thinking she was a customer. As it turns out she worked for the lab in billing and said that whoever was supposed to open up 'must've gotten stuck in traffic" To which I replied that its 8:00 AM on Saturday morning and there is hardly any traffic. She got on her phone to see where the 'opener' was but then a car pulled up. Another women got out and proceeded towards me in a somewhat aggressive manner and asked me very rudely what did I want? To which I replied a blood test and I had a script. She responded that they didn't do that which I took to mean that they didn't do it today but her manner and tone were unacceptable. I went to my car and as I pulled out a male passenger from her car stepped in front of my car indicating that he wanted my attention. I rolled down the window and he tried to explain the circumstances and after I stated my displeasure at the way I had been treated he apologized. He also said that the lab was good because it was the cheapest. My response was that I didn't drive to a further location because it was cheaper and that cheaper medical services didn't seem like a good way to select treatment of any kind. I told him I appreciated his apology but I wouldn't be back to Perll.

Perll Diagnostics is a wonderful diagnostic lab. They go out of their way to help the customer. This lab will come to your home to draw blood if you are unable to come to their establishment.

Their blood level ranges are very clear & complete. The copy of the lab results received by the customer is so clear & understandable that he/she can read it easily. I usually go to Perll to have my blood drawn & can’t imagine going anywhere else. If you have any questions Dr. Nawaz is always willing to answer them & steer you in the correct direction.

I found you more dependable in telling me when fasting is necessary than many of my doctors.

When I stop to get my blood drawn, after all the fasting, Dr. Nawaz always has great candy their & my sweet tooth just happens to act up at that time. Sometimes I have taken more than one+.

I will be happy to recommend you to anyone anytime.
