Twelve months ago I signed Lowe's final 'walk-thru' paper listing issues requiring work to be completed on my kitchen remodeling project. In those 12 months, a few additional issues cropped up. I waited until now to review to confirm the level of Lowe's customer service...even after they got paid.



I am delighted! On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give them a 15! From the first encounter to the final correction, service was efficient, courteous, timely and professional.



Lowe's huge resource asset: Kristen Books.



She has a gift of relating and understanding her clients. And her knowledge of Lowe's products, policies and procedures

is outstanding. I offered her my budget and she worked to direct me to the best quality for the money I had to spend. Wayne Mason, the Kitchen Project Specialist, worked with Kristen and me to design an efficient and beautiful kitchen. I told him what I needed and how I worked in my kitchen...he knew the products available for counters and cabinets brand I

selected. And he has much more than just a 'working knowledge' of the computer-assisted design software that created a

visual representation of the kitchen.

Every Lowe's department involved in the remodel showed interest and knowledge: cabinet hardware, faucet and sinks, countertops, curtains, appliances, flooring and/or installation. Lowe's Mechanicsburg Pa employees love their job and it shows.

And I love my kitchen!!!
