They may do a good job but so do many other dry cleaners in the Mechanicsburg area. Picked up a dress at the Camp Hill Giant location - their employee wasn't exactly friendly. I about passed out when I saw what they charged. $17.50 for a knee-length, plain, sleeveless dress with no stains needing to be removed! Do they charge by the label name?

I will NOT go back to this business again! Totally ridiculous pricing!!

I have never had such great service at any business, till I came here. This place made me smile the whole time i was here, because the staff was so friendly. They all said welcome upon my entering into the building. One of the employees called me sir and i was the best thing. I have never had some one under 20 before call me sir. I highly recommend this cleaners.

Never had a problem here. I've taken clothes, bedding, formal wear here and it all turns out great. No, stains are left on the shirt after i have had it clean, just wonderful service and very friendly people. They always greet me by my name it is wonderful, I highly reccomend this cleaner.

Hampden Cleaners is a great local business. I have been a customer practically since they opened their doors, nearly 30 years ago! Thank you to the owners for such grat service.

This is the first time I am leaving a negative feedback for services, but I really want people beware.



1. Thanks for ruining my embroided lab coat.

2. Good job denying causing the damage.

3. Kudos to Zlatan Krpic, general manager, for his "excellent" customer service and problem solving skills. He was trying to convince me that the black spots on the used-to-be-white lab coat were caused before I brought the item to the dry clean. Apparently, I was crawling in dirt the day before with my lab coat on.

4. Keep up with loosing customers over inability to solve issues.

Note: before the incident, every time I used your services, I would spend much more than the refund for this single labcoat. So, you did a terrific job loosing a loyal customer.
