Went in for breakfast this morning, had all but the professional drivers section closed off. Only seats available where at the bar. When I asked to make available the main dining table I was told she was the only one working, and then ignored. It's a shame to loose customers over such ignorance.

Road service came out and my green cord on tractor replaced. 104.00 part.. t/a charge me 777.21.... it was 24 miles, they charged 120... took him 20 min using my check light, my socket, and my impact gun... charged 3.8hours at 110.00 per hour. Then charged 20.00 for miscellaneous parts? All I got was the cord... called to dispute, they said whatever the computer puts in is what they have to charge per jkh.. manager not there and hasn't returned message

DEF pumps barely pumping and we've been at the fuel island thirty minutes now.

I made a purchase while my husband was fueling and the cashier seemed to think it was OK to continue her personal conversation with another employee instead if ringing me up.

I went back in to inquire about the DEF pumps not working properly. First she walked away from me, then came back with receipt tape, proceeded to put the tape into the printer and then just shook her head when I asked her again if they were out of DEF.

When I pushed for a reply she said they had a cold snap and none of the pumps were working properly. DEF does NOT freezer at 52° which was the temperature yesterday.

Of course no one is out there to correct the issue, bit plenty of people standing around chatting. Awesome job. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Well it was good tonight! Roast Beef, potato soup, were wonderful, salad bar, baked beans, sauteed zucchini, mashed potatoes so thick I couldn't get them off the big spoon without a strong jerk, and it was 8pm when I sat down. Very good. The staff was awesome! Thank you, I needed that!

Last night's food was not worth eating someone should monitor the buffet later tonight
