Out of sight cost .will not return calls on time.doesnt have the equipment that needed on the job. Didn't return to fix broken outside valve that they broke.did not return payment for shotty work.

Great plumbers. We were assigned this company by our home warranty and were very pleased. Phillip explained what the warranty covered upfront and fixed our problem quickly and professionally. Would definately use them again

DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS: I had an AHS Home Warranty and they sent these folks out to replace a ruptured hot water heater. That was five years ago. Since then, I have had to replace the master switch they installed with my hot water heater since the one they installed was installed improperly. The electricity was arcing and even began to melt the plastic enclosure. And yesterday, the expansion tank they installed ruptured, flooding my basement and ruining my hard wood floors.

We could never find another company more helpful and honest then this one. The owner, Rick Dodson is outstanding in helping others and beyond honest. He came recommended to us by another very honest man at our gas company. We have had several problems and he is always quick to fix these. So lucky to have found Carolina Plumbing!

Do not use this business. period. I now have a hole in my ceiling and a complete misdiagnoses. The typical evil gatekeeper with the hoarse voice does the stalemate thing on the phone. Steer clear!!!!!!!!

Ok so here's the deal...most all of the bad reviews are coming from AHS customers. Carolina Plumbing has guidelines just like any other contractor that they have to abide by. As far as your "high prices" that is not due to Carolina Plumbing, that is due to American Home Shield's rates! I know and guarantee you Rick Dodson is a very negotiable person and in many cases gives his customers discounts. As far as the technicians, I don't know one of them that is not curtious with customers! (make sure you are curtious to them as well) Slandering a company is not the way for them to better serve you! I am recommending Carolina Plumbing, Rick Dodson, and ALL of his technicians because I know just how hard they work for their customers, how well they all do their jobs, and how respectful they all try so very hard to be even with irate customers! Give credit where credit is due! Thanks
